My dad and I are still doing trial and error on our new stairlifts. Wednesday is our big test!
Due to my father's fused leg, knee, and broken hip... and his 92 years of age, this stairlift will be my father's freedom or else he would have been trapped upstairs in our raised ranch until the end of his days.

Just want to let you know how pleased we are with the Simplicity
Stairlifts that were installed in our home for my 94 year old father, who is
experiencing some mobility problems. Your technician assessed our situation and recommended 2 stairlifts to assist Dad in negotiating the stairs in our small
split level home. There never was any sales pressure, but we did get plenty of
information to help in our decision. Two days following the assessment the
stairlifts were installed. The installers, Nate and Ernesto, were friendly,
efficient and professional, and before they left Nate told us everything we
needed to know about the operation of the lifts as well as what to do if we had
any problems with them. It's good to know that your company takes customer
service seriously. When Dad returned home from the hospital he had no difficulty
learning to use the lift and it is a great relief to know he can now get up and

Thank you for a job done well, courteously, and promptly. I first phoned on a week-end and, as expected, got a message machine. Surprisingly, that phone call prompted an answering call in just an hour or two from the owner. He said he'd answered my call on a week-end in case I was experiencing trouble with my stair lift. We made an appointment for a free consultation on that very Monday.

That first visit included a careful explanation of just how the proposed stair lift could work in my home, what it would cost, and the answers to any questions I had. While I got estimates from other companies, Rampnow representatives kept in touch with me by phone, but were not at all impatient or insistent. Once I made up my mind to hire Rampnow, it was installed on the second weekday after my decision.
On each visit to my home, the representative arrived within an hour of expected time. My lift has been in for about 2 weeks now. I find that it matches the specifications promised at the first estimate and that it is smooth running and convenient.
